What you'll do
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends and challenges in the accounting industry.
Collaborate with the Resource Manager to support accurate workforce planning across all levels.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Lead the full recruitment process for internal roles, from kick-off meetings to extending offers.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and Partners.
Draft, revise, and manage job descriptions and employment contracts.
Source candidates using multiple tools and creative outreach strategies.
Process & Systems Management
Follow standardized TA processes and ensure accurate candidate tracking and status updates.
Use templates, reports, and analytics to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline and ongoing talent relationships.
Relationships and collaboration
Serve as the main point of contact for external recruiters, vendors, and headhunters—managing invoicing and scheduling regular updates.
Develop close working relationships with Partners and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
Partner with Marketing to enhance the firm’s employer brand and recruitment campaigns.
Training & Support
Create and deliver training sessions for managers and Partners on recruitment best practices.
Act as a contact for employee inquiries related to talent acquisition processes and policies.
Manage the employee referral program, including communication, tracking, and follow-up.
Assist the internal P&C team with special projects or administrative support (e.g., CFE policy, employment letters, Rippling tasks).
LiberaHR by CroweBGK External Recruitment (Client-Facing)
Manage full-cycle recruitment for external client mandates.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to provide expert guidance on talent acquisition.
Deliver exceptional client service, responsiveness, and ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to promote LiberaHR by CroweBGK’s P&C services.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Career Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including both internal and external/client-facing recruitment.
Bilingual in English and French
Previous experience recruiting in the accounting or professional services industry is an asset.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with Rippling is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
